16 Jun We’ve redesigned our website – here’s what’s new
We’ve given our website a fresh new look — but this isn’t just a cosmetic update.
This relaunch is about making it easier for charities to find support, tools, and practical advice to tackle the most common digital challenges. Based on feedback from our community, we’ve redesigned the experience to be clearer, faster, and more focused on what you actually need day to day.
Here’s what’s new:
A brand-new ‘How To’ section — with step-by-step guides
Right on the homepage, you’ll now find our new ‘How To’ section, featuring answers to seven of the most common questions we hear from charities. These aren’t just tips — they’re practical, step-by-step guides designed to help you take action.
Whether you’re just getting started or looking to level up your digital skills, you can now explore guides on:
- How to create a simple digital marketing strategy
- How to boost your donation page so more people hit ‘donate’
- How to understand your audiences and create personas
- How to manage your charity’s content
- How to get started with Google Ads and Google Ad Grants
- How to build a powerful charity brand in five steps
- How to get started with email marketing

New! The charities template toolkit
We’ve rounded up the six most downloaded and most useful templates and created a go-to resource for them.
From content calendars to persona worksheets, this Charities Template Toolkit is designed to save you time, bring clarity, and help you get things done.
Head to the homepage now to find it.
The digital ‘Job Board’
We’re really excited to launch our dedicated Job Board for digital roles in charities.
You can now post digital roles for free for a limited time during the launch period. We’re doing this to support the whole sector in sharing, discovering, and shouting about digital opportunities.
So go ahead — post your open roles, share the board with your networks, and help us grow it into a valuable hub for the community.
We’d love your feedback
As always, we’ll continue improving based on your needs and ideas.
If you’ve got feedback, suggestions, or want to see a guide or template added, get in touch! And in the meantime — explore the new site, try out the tools, post a job, and tell your peers.
Together, we can support more charities in making digital work harder for them.
