<p>The Graphic Designer will work within Essex Wildlife Trust’s internal design studio, ‘The Design Hide’, to produce compelling design work that creatively represents Essex Wildlife Trust’s brand. You will play a key role in maintaining the Trust’s brand, ensuring our content remains consistent, engaging and easily recognisable, and that it reflects our values across all external communications. As Graphic Designer, you will work as part of the Communications team, aligning your work with several goals within the Trust’s 2030 strategy. You will work with the Design and Communications Manager to develop and deliver the Trust’s visual communications, while managing day-to-day priorities and your<br />
portfolio of work through our account management system, treating colleagues as internal clients. You will produce a diverse portfolio of work, from traditional media such as print collateral and signage to digital assets for web, email, social channels and other online platforms. Your work will support the Communications team in reaching wider audiences, recruiting more supporters and inspiring people to take action for nature. You will also help strengthen the Trust’s brand recognition and reputation with<br />
external audiences, using visual content to bring our conservation stories, impact and successes to life.</p>
<p><strong>Key Tasks</strong><br />
• Meet with colleagues as ‘internal clients’ to support and clarify design briefs. You will log your work using The Design Hide’s account management system to stay organised,<br />
offer a professional in-house studio service and prioritise work appropriately.<br />
• Produce high-quality design, covering everything from print to digital, including social media assets, interpretation, print collateral, branded PowerPoint decks and digital content.<br />
• Work closely with the Design and Communications Manager to maintain the Trust’s brand and to help achieve the Trust’s strategic goals.<br />
• Act as a brand ambassador for the Trust, promoting the importance of brand recognition and consistency to colleagues and partners. Provide guidance and training to staff where needed, including video tips, photography advice, and basic design skills.<br />
• Liaise with printers, merchandisers and third-party customers to ensure sustainability and value<br />
for money on produced materials.<br />
• To work with different departments to ensure effective visual communication is being successfully utilised throughout the organisation to increase the Communication &amp; Marketing teams’ reach, recruitment and the organisation’s reputation. • Work effectively with colleagues across the Trust and demonstrate the value of being Impactful,<br />

<p><strong>Person Specification</strong><br />
• Qualified to degree level in a design-related subject.<br />
• Proven experience delivering design projects in a design studio or in-house design team.<br />
• Experience of delivering both large and small design projects from conception to finish, for print and digital materials.<br />
• Expertise with key design software, including Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator) and Canva.<br />
• Creative and enthusiastic, with the ability to bring creative ideas to the table and turn design briefs into inspirational and mobilising pieces of work.<br />
• Good communication skills both written and verbal, adapting style to suit the audience and with the ability to support all departments within the Trust.<br />
• Strong technical skills, with the ability to quickly understand how to use new software.<br />
• Confident and creative illustrator.<br />
• Effective at prioritising, organising, planning and scheduling activities and resources to ensure deadlines are met.<br />

Additional Information<br />
• The role requires an interest in working for a charity that is determined to protect wildlife for the future and for the people of Essex.<br />

<p>The Family Support Service offers a wide range of services, information, and support to families from pregnancy until a child turns 5, covering all aspects of family life.</p>
<p>We are looking for a passionate and driven Marketing and Communications Lead to head our Marketing and Communications Team. This role will play a key part in developing and implementing an effective communication strategy that supports both the Family Support Service and the wider objectives of One YMCA.</p>
<p>As Marketing and Communications Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and delivery of all marketing campaigns and promotional content, both digital and offline. You will ensure that all materials align with the Hertfordshire County Council’s Family Centre Service brand guidelines and meet the needs of local families.</p>
<p>Key Responsibilities:<br />
• Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns that support the Family Support Service’s goals.<br />
• Ensure all promotional materials (digital and offline) align with brand guidelines and meet the needs of our service users.<br />
• Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging, family-focused content.<br />
• Drive awareness and engagement through targeted communication strategies.<br />

<p>Key Requirements:<br />
• A recognised marketing qualification (e.g., CIM Level 4 or Level 6), or equivalent professional experience.<br />

• A valid UK driving licence and access to a car during working hours, with business-use insurance, and the willingness to travel regularly.</p>

• This is an on-site role (5 days a week), with job share options considered. We support aspiring barristers from underrepresented backgrounds through a range of high-impact programmes, events, and partnerships with leading chambers, law firms, and institutions.</p>
<p>The Role<br />
We are seeking a proactive, confident, and relationship-driven Partnerships &amp; Growth Officer to contribute to Bridging the Bar’s external income and growth activities. This is a highly client-facing role that involves engaging with chambers, organisations, major sponsors, donors, grant funders, and other external stakeholders to secure financial support for BTB’s mission and programmes. You will take ownership of outreach, lead meetings and negotiations, and build strong, long-term relationships that underpin the charity’s sustainability and impact.<br />
As Partnerships &amp; Growth Officer, you will manage the delivery and renewal of our annual Partnership Cycle, cultivate major sponsorships, prepare award and grant applications, support the development of new income streams such as our accreditation scheme, high-value individual giving, and crowdfunding, and innovate novel initiatives. You will work closely with the Head of Operations and Programmes, as well as the wider Programmes team, to ensure high-quality delivery across all external commitments, seamless coordination, and effective communication of BTB’s outcomes and impact.<br />

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><br />
Partnerships Cycle<br />
Each year, Bridging the Bar works with a cohort of chambers and organisations who financially support our work through the Partnership Cycle. This cycle runs from April to April, with partners donating a set amount in return for formal recognition and a package of benefits delivered throughout the year. As the cycle progresses, you will be responsible for outreach and renewals, onboarding, benefit delivery, and ongoing relationship management.<br />
As Partnerships &amp; Growth Officer, you will be responsible for:<br />
Researching and identifying potential partner organisations, and conducting proactive outreach to engage them in the Partnership Cycle<br />
Renewing existing or recurring partnerships, ensuring positive and long-term relationships<br />
Leading meetings and negotiations with potential or existing partners to secure onboarding to the current Partnerships Cycle<br />
Ensuring the smooth delivery of partnership benefits, including coordinating agreed activities and supporting partners to maximise the value of their engagement<br />
Coordinating with programme teams where cross-team collaboration is required to ensure expectations are met in relation to partner benefits<br />
Maintaining accurate partnership tracking, including invoicing, communications, benefit allocation, and delivery deadlines<br />
Monitoring partner accounts and taking a proactive approach to managing partner relationships and resolving issues<br />

Bridging the Bar also secures major sponsorships to fund specific programmes, such as the Academy. These agreements are individually negotiated and supported through tailored engagement plans. You will be responsible for identifying potential major sponsors, supporting negotiations, coordinating the delivery of agreed benefits, and managing these relationships to ensure strong long-term sponsorships.<br />
As Partnerships &amp; Growth Officer, you will be responsible for:<br />
Researching and identifying potential major sponsors, and conducting proactive outreach to engage organisations aligned with our programmes and new initiatives<br />
Cultivating and renewing major sponsorships, ensuring positive, long-term relationships with key funders<br />
Developing proposals, presentations, and engagement resources tailored to major funders to support pitches<br />

You will contribute to identifying suitable opportunities, preparing strong applications, and supporting the stewardship and reporting required by award bodies and grant funders.<br />
As Partnerships &amp; Growth Officer, you will be responsible for:<br />
Researching and identifying suitable opportunities that align with Bridging the Bar’s mission, programmes, impact, and funding requirements<br />
Drafting and preparing high-quality applications, including gathering evidence, impact data, and supporting materials<br />
Monitoring deadlines and submission requirements to ensure timely, accurate applications<br />
Assisting with stewardship of award bodies and grant funders, including timely communication and relationship management<br />
Supporting grant reporting requirements, such as gathering programme data, preparing summaries, and assisting the Head of Operations and Programmes with narrative and financial reporting</p>
<p><strong>New Initiatives</strong><br />
In addition to established activities, Bridging the Bar pursues new and emerging initiatives to support long-term financial sustainability, programme expansion, and reputational growth. This includes in our current development phase; a Chambers focused accreditation scheme, high-value individual giving, and crowdfunding campaigns. Future expansion has the scope to include other opportunities whether identified by the organisation or by you. You will help develop, test, and implement these initiatives as they evolve.<br />
As Partnerships &amp; Growth Officer, you will be responsible for:<br />
Overseeing the pilot of the accreditation scheme including; conducting meetings with pilot chambers, co-ordinating with consultants, ensuring deliverable are met, assisting with evaluation and refinement, supporting materials production<br />
Overseeing the initial stages of our high value individual giving work stream including; identifying potential givers, conducting relevant meetings, co-ordinating with suppliers, dispatching thank you gifts, and supporting materials production and distribution<br />
Developing crowd funding and fundraising initiatives including; innovating themes for targeted campaigns, overseeing campaign delivery, co-ordinating with volunteer fundraisers, administering recurring donations, and supporting materials production and distribution<br />

<p><strong>Other Duties</strong><br />
Beyond core responsibilities, you will also support wider organisational activities as needed. This may involve assisting with the BarNav newsletter, representing Bridging the Bar at events, and completing additional tasks that contribute to the charity’s overall effectiveness.<br />
Overseeing production of the BarNav newsletter including; brainstorming issues themes, co-ordinating contributions from partners, sponsors, staff, and/or candidates, compiling contributions and drafting final issue in Canva, and collaborating with the programmes team to ensure distribution of each issue.<br />

<p>The Role:</p>
<p>We’re looking for a User Experience Researcher to join Oxfam GB’s Owned Digital team, who can help us better understand our supporters’ behaviours, needs, and motivations to ensure our design decisions are grounded in real user insights.</p>
<p>As a UX Researcher, you will manage and implement the entire research process on project-based work, as well as identify possible areas for improvement.</p>
<p>You will advocate for Oxfam’s supporters, and champion accessibility and inclusion by applying a range of research methods — including AB Testing, Heat-map analysis, Google Analytics, usability testing, user interviews, and surveys — to gather both quantitative and qualitative data. You will translate these findings into clear, actionable insights that guide Oxfam’s content creators and other stakeholders in improving the overall user experiences, primarily on the Oxfam GB website.</p>
<p>Other key dimensions of this role include championing user-centred design, upskilling key stakeholders and content creators, as well as nurturing productive working relationships with our insights and analytics team and the agencies that maintain our owned digital platforms.</p>
